It is believed by the East Indians that gold was found on the banks of the Suwarna river which means Gold. Over time and many years later, the word Suwarna has been abbreviated to Sona which still represents gold. We chose to name our restaurant Sona because we will provide the best for our guests with fine cuisine, exceptional service in a rich comfortable atmosphere.

Nestled behind the Hilton Garden Inn, Sona Restaurant and Lounge was created to add a unique dining experience to the Anderson Area. Our menu is upscale casual, set in a elegant fine dining atmosphere. Enjoy our varied selections of appetizers, soups, salads, and entrees.

Our private booths will add that little something extra to any special occassion. We also offer our guest a elegant private dining room that seats up to 30 guests.
